How to Piracy
CAUTION
There is always a risk when pirating software, movies, games, and etc. Please only use sites that you know are trustworthy. Just because a site is listed within this guide does not mean it's 100% safe Please do your own research and investigate sites before using/downloading content.
We are not responsible for any links, content, or anything related to such that you click on/download from; you do so at your own discretion.
NOTICE
In this guide I will be going over the basics of how to get into piracy, useful links, and other content related to keeping you safe. Any links displayed within the guide will also be linked at the bottom! This guide is mainly for firefox based browsers as chrome sucks ass.
Ads & Pop Ups
uBlock Origin
uBlock Origin is an advanced, lightweight, and extremely powerful ad blocker. It blocks ads on sites like YouTube, prevents pop-ups, removes sponsored content, and even allows you to create and manage your own custom block lists.
I recommend using uBlock Origin whether you are pirating content or not, as it can help keep you safe from malicious ads and other intrusive content that large tech companies try to push onto users.
Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting is a method used by large tech companies, websites, and other organizations to track you across the internet. It works by collecting large amounts of data about your computer, browser, and browser extensions to create a unique profile.
There are two main tools I use to help block fingerprinting: Canvas Blocker and Font Fingerprint Defender.
Canvas Blocker
Canvas Blocker allows users to prevent websites from using certain JavaScript APIs to fingerprint them. You can choose to block these APIs entirely on specific websites or across all websites, depending on your preference.
Font Fingerprint Defender
Font Fingerprint Defender is a lightweight add-on that helps hide your real font fingerprint by reporting a randomized, fake value instead. Another useful tool is ClearURLs. It removes tracking elements from URLs to prevent websites from tracking where you came from or where you are going. It automatically strips tracking parameters from links, helping to protect your privacy while browsing the internet and reducing unnecessary data collection.

Using a VPN
You should always use a VPN when downloading from sites that dabble in piracy. A common misconception is that having a VPN protects you from everything, which is not true.
At its core, a VPN primarily changes your IP address and encrypts your internet traffic. Some VPNs offer additional privacy and security features, but they are not a complete shield against all risks.
It is generally recommended to avoid VPN providers, email, and other services based in countries that are part of Five Eyes/Nine Eyes

Checking Site Safety
There are a few ways to check if a site is safe. You can look at community resources like r/piracy, read user reviews, or search online to see if others have reported issues. Checking public security databases is also a smart step before visiting or downloading anything from an unfamiliar site.
One tool I like to use is URLVoid. It scans a website across multiple security databases and provides a detailed overview of the site’s reputation, blacklist status, IP information, and hosting details. Letting you know whether a site has been flagged for malware, phishing, or other suspicious activity.
It’s an extremely useful tool for checking piracy sites or any website you don’t fully trust before interacting with it.

Finding Safe Sites
Finding safe sites can be difficult if you’re new to piracy or just starting out. A good place to begin is by checking "Megathreads". Megathreads are large, organized collections of piracy related sites (and sometimes other useful resources).
They can be helpful for learning which sites are generally considered safe and which ones to avoid. Many of them also include warning lists that highlight sites known for malware, scams, or other unsafe reasons.
